C-ATCH HALL' S CANINE ADCAP Torpedo Chst

When we decided it was time to add another Golden to our pack, we gave the breeding of Grenade careful consideration. We chose to breed her to Patrick, a strong, agile and very loving dog. From this pairing we achieved what we were looking for in Torpedo; a beautifully proportioned, spunky, fun, family dog.

Torpedo is our third generation Golden girl. She loves doing anything with her humans and is very affectionate. Her favorite activity is getting someone to pet her; but fetching, swimming and running agility come in a very close second. She will frequently snuggle in the recliner chair with one of her humans or curl up next to her mother in our oversized dog bed.

Torpedo is a charmingly sweet dog. She is especially fond of Matt, who melts when she looks endearingly at him with her big brown eyes.

When running agility, Torpedo is very competitive. She runs the courses at close to boarder collie speeds and is frequently commented on by other competitors as being a fun dog to watch. Our trainer said Torpedo is the fastest Golden she's ever seen. Torpedo's favorite part of running agility is celebrating at the end of a good run! In April of 2006, she and Matt achieved their first agility championship together. From Canine Performance Events, they earned the title C-ATCH (CPE Agility Trial Champion). Torpedo then went on to earn her Standard Championship title (ChST) In October of 2007.
